Like most artist my love of drawing and painting began in childhood. 

Though only a "dabbler," I took a few college art classes in my hometown of Orangeburg, S.C. and attended some seminars, but never really applied what I'd learned.

I'm trying to catch up now.

After retiring from a large company, I jumped into painting in watercolors and loved it.  I now live in Prosperity, S.C. and have branched out into acrylics and oil.  I try to paint ever day in my sunroom/studio at home.

Having recently joined the Crooked Creek Art League, I am enjoying the camaraderie and inspiration of my fellow members and their endeavors.
